I really like Armor For Sleep. Yes, I admit I do. For some reason, I didn't listen to them since year 8 and so I had ignored 'Smile for Them' {great record} and had completely forgotten about how much I liked them as a whole. Now I am just going to leave 'Smile for Them' on all night, and also 'The Way Out Is Broken' because I've missed them. I'll listen to the older stuff again tomorrow. May just listen to them and Funeral For a Friend all week! Ooh that sounds good.
Today I woke up (a little later than usual thanks to Mom not being here and my Dad letting us sleep in) and was sick. Not sure why, I just was straight away. Classy, I know. And then felt immediately better until I realised I had a funeral to attend today. In the end, sadly, people hadn't told me enough about it, so I couldn't attend : / Yet I was still stuck at home all day. I genuinely missed school. I sat watching Fawlty Towers. That did make the day worth it I guess, but I still kind of just stayed here sulking in a bad mood. Eating coleslaw.
Then this evening - to cure my boredom instead of going to the gym as I planned (I hoped I would be motivated enough, but no, not really)- I went on a walk down Olton Hollow with Howard, Niall and Alice. All was well, we visited Tescos Express and then McDonalds, because we are all obese and wanted to just get out of the house. Then on the way back, we had to walk through some small road and it was relatively dark. We were all on edge, and then Niall shouts "look at the creepy man getting off the 37, guys, he is wearing a hat and looks dodgy, RUN!" and so we al did. The four us ran all the way home, stumbling in the dark. It was kind of ridiculous now looking back. But at the time he was very threatening as he waddled towards us, his sillouette looking like the Penguin from Batman. Eek.
Yeah, pathetic day. That is all for now.
